Cinnamon is a classic insulin/glucose regulator. It is one of the cheapest supplements you can use to control your blood glucose and you can make it at home. If you have a large amount of fat storage around the belly and hips, or on the sub scapular fold, this drink may be of benefit in your body composition goals. If you know someone who has type 2 diabetes, this drink may be enough to help reduce circulating blood glucose to normal levels, under the supervision of a health professional of course! Cinnamon is also a warming digestive herb that can settle upset stomachs.
